Several of my followers and friends have asked me how I win my free stuff. They ask if it is hard and have to do a lot to get the items. The items I have won require very little work and lately have all been through Twitter. 
With my Twtter account I follow accounts such as Huggies, Pampers, Betty Crocker and a bunch of other companies. A lot of times they do giveaways only through Twitter. Take Huggies a few months ago they would give out FREE packages of diapers for just responding back with a picture of your child attached. I won two packages of diapers this way. Recently Huggies is doing a wipes Wednesday giveaway. So I pay attention on Wednesdays and they ask a question for you to answer and all you have to do is reply back to Huggies with an answer and hope you are one of the ones picked randomly. I have won two boxes of wipes doing this. The other day one of the questions was “what has been your biggest mess with your little one?” Nothing hard and a very easy way to get something free.
Bag of goodies from Betty Crocker sweepstakes
A couple of weeks ago I won the Betty Crocker sweepstakes. They were doing a giveaway when they reached 10,000 followers on Twitter. All I had to do was follow them on Twitter and hope that I was one of the 100 followers to get chosen. I just happened to be one of the 100 to get a bag full of sweet goodies. They contacted me to send them my address and within a week I had goodies at my door!
I enter a lot of other giveaways and things on blogs and Facebook pages that I follow and have snagged a few free t-shirts and coupons and things but Twitter giveaways have been the easiest and most successful things. I don’t even have to do Twitter on my computer I have my Twitter app on my phone and I can do it all from my phone, fast and easy!
Feel free to go to my personal Twitter account (allistanton) and follow a lot of them that I follow. Also the Ally’s Helpful Hints for Mommies Twitter account is (allysmomhints) and I follow a lot of companies on that account as well. I personally think Twitter is informative and I can get a lot of information with accounts I follow on there since we don’t have tv. We rely on the internet news and news pages through Facebook to keep up with things.
On Facebook I “like” a bunch of pages that let me know about free items, discounts on things, giveaways, etc. A lot of them repeat the same information but I know this way I can’t miss out on something really huge either! I also “like” lots of pages such as Betty Crocker, Chick fil A, Chick fil A in Ormond etc. The Chick fil A Ormond Towne Square page keeps giving away free food by text blasts on your phone. The other day I was able to get a free chicken sandwich!
I have no hidden secret on how I do it. I just follow a bunch of things on Twitter and “like” bunches of facebook pages.
