We made coffee filter flowers today and decorated our play room a little bit! It is easy and adds some color to our boring windows.
What you need:
Coffee filters, paint, paint brushes, green paper & tape
I let my boys paint with a few different colors on the filters. They are thin so you will want to put another one under it or newspaper so you don’t get paint on your table.

While the paint is drying you can cut out some stems and leaves for the body of your flower. I just cut straight strips and some simple leaves.

I took some packing tape which is stronger and bigger and taped the leaves on and attached it to the flower.

After that we decided where to put them in our play room and taped them on our window! This is our finished product! My four year old was pleased and declared that the blue one was his favorite, of course!

Fun activity to do for Spring and Easter right around the corner.
